Founded in 2023 by two experienced operators with deep roots in real estate and business management, Woodford was built on a clear conviction: that exceptional outcomes emerge from patient capital, disciplined acquisition, and genuine hands-on stewardship. Vandegrift

Blake brings a disciplined analytical mindset forged across careers in military intelligence, financial advisory, and real estate investment. As a former Electronic Intelligence Analyst with the United States Air Force and a licensed financial advisor holding Series 6 and Series 63 designations, he developed a rigorous approach to evaluating risk and opportunity.

Blake co-owns a multi-state real estate investment portfolio of over 100 residential units, leading acquisition underwriting, capital project management, and financial performance review. He also serves as an Operations Supervisor within New York State Government, overseeing personnel and coordinating complex operational environments.

Erin is a seasoned operations executive with 13 years of leadership in real estate and property management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, she leads a team of 23 across 26 communities totaling more than 2,000 lots — maintaining 95%+ occupancy while personally overseeing $1M+ in CAPEX projects spanning construction, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.

Her background spans commercial property management, commercial lending, and land investment consulting. Erin brings rare operational depth to every asset in the Woodford portfolio.
