Blake brings a disciplined analytical mindset forged across careers in military intelligence, financial advisory, and real estate investment. As a former Electronic Intelligence Analyst with the United States Air Force and a licensed financial advisor holding Series 6 and Series 63 designations, he developed a rigorous approach to evaluating risk and opportunity. Blake co-owns a multi-state real estate investment portfolio of over 100 residential units, leading acquisition underwriting, capital project management, and financial performance review. He also brings extensive operations leadership experience in the public sector, overseeing personnel and coordinating complex operational environments.
Erin is a seasoned operations executive with 13 years of leadership in real estate and property management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, she leads a team of 23 across 26 communities totaling more than 2,000 lots — maintaining 95%+ occupancy while personally overseeing $1M+ in CAPEX projects spanning construction, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Her background spans commercial property management, commercial lending, and land investment consulting. Erin brings rare operational depth to every asset in the Woodford portfolio.

Our buy box for land-leased communities is deliberately flexible. We evaluate each opportunity based on its specific market, infrastructure, occupancy, and upside potential rather than applying rigid thresholds. If you own or represent a park or community for sale, we want to have a conversation.
We focus exclusively on commercial real estate-backed hospitality — independent boutique hotels with genuine community character. We do not acquire single-family STR portfolios. If you own or broker a boutique hotel property, we want to connect.
